Most people prefer a firmer mattress that provides more support. A good mattress should provide support while allowing for the natural curves of the spine. A mattress is too soft if it sags, or if a second person in the bed causes the other to dip toward the center. Studies have found that a medium-firm mattress provides the best back support and alleviates the most back pain. A mattress that is too hard, though, causes aches and pains at pressure points, such as the shoulders and hips. A mattress is too firm if there are gaps between any part of your body and the mattress. Any mattress that helps a person sleep well, so that he/she awakes feeling rested and refreshed, without pain or stiffness, is the best mattress for that individual.
Choosing the right topper for your mattress is not an exact science. Everyone will have a different opinion as to which pad is the most comfortable. Choosing a pad comes down to personal preference and how much you are willing to spend. Some people might like to choose a soft pad while others might prefer a more firm mattress pad for their bed. Keep in mind your mattress preferences when choosing the right topper.
Comfort life is the mattresses ability to maintain that new feel luxury mattresses do this better than the mid-grade mattresses. Luxury mattresses have a stronger innerspring and more resilient foams- that feel nice, like they do in the store for a much longer time.
What I like most about the Sealy TrueForm mattress is the washable, zip-off cover - the 11 series is a velour cover with added cashmere. Also, all Sealy memory foam mattresses are compatible with the Sealy PowerBase, so you can program various positions as well as two massage units.
